It has been several months since I have written a security post. My former site became financially unfeasible, so I thought I’d try a free blog here on WordPress. We will see how this goes.
As a solo parent, my life is really not my own, but I will do my best to post at least semi-regularly. If you have questions, concerns, or thoughts relating to technology and kids, let me know, and I will be happy to share my thoughts on the topic.
The goal for this blog is to talk about kids and computers, using non-technical language. I want to break down scary stuff and make it easy to understand. I have over 20 years of experience with technology, with the last 13 specifically in IT Security. I think computers and the internet are exciting tools, but like all tools, they can be used for good or with bad intentions. My goal is to educate people on how to use these tools with relative safety and security. I am passionate about security awareness and education and hope I can make things easier for you!
